Title: Impossible Sweet Potato Pie [America]

Yield: 1 9" pie

4	md	Sweet potatoes; mashed
1	c	Sugar
1/2	c	All-purpose flour
1/2	c	Butter or marg; softened
1		Egg
1/2	ts	(To 1) almond extract
		Whipped cream

Combine all the ingredients except whipped cream in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Spoon mixture into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 450F for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm or cool with a dollop of whipped cream.

YIELD: One 9-inch pie.
